This 8-week, twice-a-week program is all about building real strength, balance, agility, and stamina — with a little fantasy flair. We’ll take inspiration from some of the toughest heroines in fantasy and bring their training to life in a way that’s challenging, fun, and empowering. You don’t need to be a gym pro to join — we’ll meet you where you’re at and help you get stronger week by week.
